My passion is helping people get “on purpose” in their lives.  When you're connected to what you're here to do, and are in-action with it, it's amazing how quickly you can heal.

What does Freedom feel like for you? 

What would it feel like in your body, your relationships, your Creativity, your work…to feel completely free?

It's your True Nature..it can't be given or taken….but the experience so far is that it can be awakened into…and that awakening has infinite depth and breadth.

This is the place from which I work with my clients…and an awareness that is unfolding at what sometimes feels like infinite leaps and bounds.

My professional work is called Intentional Breathwork, and evolves from session to session, tailored to each person's journey now.

The entry point for sessions runs the gamut from dealing with issues of relationships and finance to creativity and purpose, but always leads in the direction of Freedom.

When you and I come together, whether it's in a private session, or in a retreat or workshop, we'll see more about the core issues you're peeling away than either of us would see individually through the power of our coming together.  It's that promise of Wherever two or three or more are gathered, there amongst them I will be.
