new alliance with Liberation Yoga on La Brea!

Very stoked! I now have a great new space nearby and centrally located to offer my workshops! LIBERATION YOGA at 124 S. La Brea between 1st and 2nd.
The first workshop will be on Saturday, June 21st from Noon-2pm...it's called:

THE MOMENT OF CHOICE
In every situation where the stakes are seemingly high; where you and I stand to gain or lose (at least this is how it "appears to be"), there is a moment of choice. This moment can re-write your entire experience of life, and impact not only you, but all of your relations. When confronted with potential loss or gain, many times the easier choice has historically been to reach for some sense of power to avoid that feeling of being 'out of control' - it's been a knee-jerk reaction, and a default setting.
This workshop is an invitation into a new experience...the opportunity to become conscious of the Moment of Choice and to choose to connect with and feel LOVE...to run the feeling of Love through the body, through the nervous system, through the emotions, and then act..to retrain ourselves, and actually step into a world where anything is possible.
As always, the core of this workshop will be the BREATH...will use it and all the extra light from the longest day of the year, and focus it nice and deep with a good dose of laughter along the way.

DATE: Saturday, June 21 (yep the Summer Solstice)
Time: Noon - 2pm (come early to avoid being late)
Cost: $50
Bring: Yoga mat and/or blanket-we'll be sitting on the floor at first then lying down
for the breathwork.
