Hi Everyone...
A quick reminder that I’ll be in San Francisco this week with the work both privately and with a Friday night workshop.
Additionally, it looks like I’ll be giving introductions of the work in several yoga Anusara yoga classes in Berkeley and San Francisco with two of Anusara’s most gifted teachers, Abby Tucker (at Yoga Kula) and Stacey Rosenberg (at Yoga Tree).
I know at the moment that I’ll be giving a good taste of the work during and extended savasana in Abby Tucker’s 6:15-7:45pm class at Yoga Kula (www.yogakula.com) in Berkeley this Tuesday night, May 13th.
Feel free to check in with me about times/dates for the other introductions of the work with Abby and Stacey.
