I'm just back from nearly two weeks on retreat at the home of my friend and mentor David Elliott in New Mexico, a living altar in the Sandia Mountains...breathing, working on the land, building, digging, watching, listening...ahhhhh. And now that I'm back, it's time to spread the word about next week's trip to the Bay Area!
After many requests, it’s finally felt like the right time...to bring this work to San Francisco and the Bay Area. I’ll be doing private sessions by appointment as well as a Friday evening workshop (May 16). Please spread the word to anyone you may know in the Bay Area...Thank You!

In this group, we’ll be focusing the energy of the breath and the approaching Full Moon into deepening your awareness and capacity for bringing yourself into BALANCE. This group is open to first-timers and veteran breathers alike!
When: Friday, May 16, 7pm - 9pm
***Come early to avoid being late
Where: PRESENCE OF HEART CENTER

**BRING: A Yoga Mat and/or folded blanket for sitting on the floor and laying down for the breathing
