Hi Everyone!
I’m just back from a deep and busy trip to NYC leading a workshop and doing private sessions. I’ll be home in LA just under two weeks before heading out to New Mexico from April 24-May 4, so if you’re feeling the need for a tune up with the breath, now’s a great time...a great time to release old layers, cleanse deep, and make space for all the intentions you set around the new year to begin to sprout with the energy of Spring. I’ve got limited availability for private sessions before I head to New Mexico, and felt inspired to use the energy of the Full Moon and the surge of energy I’ve been feeling with Spring to focus the energy into another group:
Sunday, April 20, 10am-12pm (**be early to avoid being late, we’ll be starting at 10:00am**)
In this Intentional Breathwork group, we’ll be recognizing and using the energy of the Full Moon and the surge of the energy of Spring. And we’ll be focusing the work into working with power behind this statement ~ “Your expectations CREATE your experience.” If you or anyone you know is feeling stuck in the same experiences over and over again, frustrated, and ready for something NEW, this group is for you...
Where: The retreat-like home of Linda Kaplan in her beautiful private dance studio
(This place is STUNNING...and a total haven)

Bring: Be sure to bring a folded blanket and or yoga mat for sitting on and using when we lay down for the breathing.
Cost: $50 cash or check
RSVP: To myself or Linda so we’ll know to expect you...
Parking: Please park on either side of Mulholland Hwy and walk up the
driveway to the studio...Linda has asked that we don’t park in the driveway.
Directions from Santa Monica:
Go North on PCH to Malibu Canyon Road ( the first grassy corner of
Pepperdine, where PCH and Malibu Canyon intersect) and take a right
onto Malibu Canyon Road. Continue on this road until you get to a 4-
way stop light at Mulholland Hwy. Take a right at this light. Go about
3 miles up Mulholland Hwy. My house is the first house on the right
after a street called Cold Canyon crosses Mulholland Hwy. From the
road you will see my gate and pine trees and recycle /garbage cans.
Directions from the East Side:
Take the 101 North towards Ventura. Take Exit 29 for Valley Circle Blvd toward Mulholland Dr.
Turn left at Valley Circle Blvd. Continue on Mulholland Dr. Turn Right at Valmar Rd. Continue on Old Topanga
Canyon Rd. Slight right at Mulholland Hwy (about 4.6miles till the driveway for the house). From the road
You will see my gate and pine trees and recycle/garbage cans.
