This workshop'll start in LA this Sat...then go to NYC in Feb~
February Breathing Group: "Getting On-Fire"
It's time! Time to get on fire...we'll be using the breath to clear the way for you to get ON FIRE...and in-action. Space is limited, so please RSVP.
When: Saturday, Feb 2 3-5pm
***Come early to avoid being late
Where: 1727 N. Vermont Ste. 208
Los Feliz, CA 90027
at vermont/hollywood (behind Bank of America in a small plaza)
there is a parking lot right out front
Cost: $50
Bring: Yoga mat or blanket for sitting and for laying
down during the breathing.
