The heart of these workshops is a breathing meditation that utilizes an ancient rhythmic breathing technique that very quickly gets you out of your head and gets a profound amount of energy moving through the body...then we’ll use this energy to clear deeply held blocks. The groups are an exhilarating and deeply rejuvenating journey...a journey goes deeper each time you dive in.

"Staying Clear Into The New Year..."
There's an old expression that says if you want to find out how enlightened you are, go spend time around your family. (insert laugh track here). For many people, some of the closer relationships can have you feeling like you've never done any work on yourself at all, a bit like Superman getting near Kryptonite. Why is this? And how can you grow past it? How can you actually feel more empowered in your closest relationships with family, friends, romantic partners? In this workshop we'll focusing the work into these areas, guiding you into a much deeper clarity about who you are, what you're here to do, and staying clear in your relationships. And we'll have a lot of fun along the way!
